GAVI BRUNCH CAFE in Chantilly was a pleasant find, a hidden treasure for lovers of desserts and delicious coffee in the best traditions of France, Austria, and Italy, where my family managed to live, studying traditions and culture throughout the year.
Light and fresh desserts, fruit cakes, and macaroons of their own production gather sweets lovers from Centerville to Reston. Desserts are always available and replenished throughout the day. It really became a “small holiday” and caused “nostalgic comfort” of memories of life and travels in Europe.
GAVI Café is located inside the Tilly Kitchen restaurant, which serves Korean-Japanese cuisine. It is a spacious, clean, and bright room with a large bar and an oasis of desserts in the center.

This coffee is more expensive because it is not made from a coffee mix but from premium beans prepared according to individual recipes, like wine or craft beer. This approach creates a stable aroma and a complex bouquet.
This coffee perfectly complements the taste of desserts, salads, signature sandwiches with delicious toast bread, and GAVI burgers with a delicious bun, sauce, and juicy cutlet. Be sure to try the Honey Ricotta Toast and Shrimp Arugula Salad – it’s delicious. It’s nice to be here; modern music creates a light atmosphere. The summer terrace and separate closed areas with glass partitions allow you to retire for quiet conversation or a large and noisy company. Well, at the exit, you will find a notice board on which you can leave a business card, a message to the world, or a review of your personal experience, which you will undoubtedly want to repeat again and again.
